Who we are

KeysIQ is operated by Aquila Strategies LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use keysiq.xyz, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Owner-name redaction

Florida property tax records list owner names publicly. KeysIQ nevertheless redacts residential homeowner names on public-facing pages. Business / LLC / Trust / Foundation owners are shown — those are legal entities and their names are public-record fair game in every comparable real-estate platform. Personal names get redacted to "Private owner".

If you're an owner who wants additional redaction (e.g., a flagged residential listing where the owner string includes a business marker we mis-classified), email [email protected] and we'll review within 5 business days.

What we collect

  • Anonymous traffic. Standard server logs (IP, URL, referrer, user agent) for abuse detection. Retained 90 days.
  • Lead form submissions. Name, email, phone, and message — only when you explicitly submit the "Connect with a Keys realtor" form. We share with the matched partner realtor and store for our own follow-up. No third-party sale, ever.
  • No cross-site tracking. We don't run third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or pixels that track you across the web. The site sets no marketing cookies.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the site, respond to your inquiries, route lead-form submissions to the matched partner realtor, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.

Who we share data with

We name every recipient so you know exactly who has your data:

  • Vercel — hosting and CDN. Receives request metadata and server logs for the site.
  • Matched partner realtor — receives the contents of a lead form you submit, so they can follow up with you.
  • Law enforcement — only when legally compelled (subpoena, court order, lawful request), and only what the order requires.

We do not share with data brokers, advertising networks, or any party not named here.

Florida-specific notes

Florida's Information Protection Act of 2014 (Chapter 501.171) governs how we handle personal information from Florida residents. We comply with the breach-notification provisions and the reasonable-security provision (501.171(2)). KeysIQ is not a CRA, FCRA-regulated entity, or insurance agency — but we treat lead data with the equivalent of FCRA-grade care.

Your rights

  • Request deletion of any lead you've submitted — email [email protected].
  • Request access to the data we hold about you. Same address.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data. Same address.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may request to know the categories of personal information we collect, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — though we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. To submit a verifiable consumer request, email [email protected] with subject "CCPA Request" and verify with the email on file. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

EU / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract (delivering services you request), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (where you have given it), and legal obligation. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Transfers from the EU/UK to the United States rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or our processors' EU–US Data Privacy Framework certifications.

Data retention

Lead-form submissions are retained while needed to coordinate with the partner realtor and for our own follow-up, then deleted on request or after the engagement closes. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Tax-relevant records (if any) are retained for 7 years.

Security

We protect your information with TLS in transit, encryption at rest on our providers' infrastructure, and principle-of-least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay and, where applicable, within 72 hours of confirming the incident.

Children

KeysIQ is intended for adult home buyers, owners, and real-estate professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it within 30 days of discovery.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The current version is always available at keysiq.xyz/privacy.
